Hop City Design Co. was a silver lining from the COVID pandemic.

Always having a creative spark and creating art in different mediums throughout the years has been a mainstay in my life. From fiber crafting to furniture flipping and everything in between I have gravitated to creating with my hands when I have felt overwhelmed or stressed. When I came down with COVID had was forced to slow down from my full time job, what was left in isolation was a lot of You Tube watching and exploring.  After many many hours of watching everything I could find on making Polymer Clay jewelry I set out on a mission to create.  Over the course of months and months, failed pieces and lots of learning I have honed my craft and found my path in the polymer clay world. With the encouragement of my family I decided to make this love into a small business.  Each piece is truly created from my love of the craft. While each pair of earrings takes no less than three hours, seeing them go from a raw block of clay to a shiny beautiful piece of jewelry is so fulfilling.

Country Store with a large variety of baked goods, produce, apple cider and apple cider donuts. Serving breakfast and lunch. Open last Thursday in April until Dec. 24th.

Maple syrup bush in the Town of Ballston, with over 1000 taps. Keeping and maintaining 104 acres of farmland in the Agricultural District. We produce mainly Maple syrup, along with our Famous Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple syrup, Maple Cream, Maple Candies & Lollipops, Maple Fudge, Maple Granulated Sugar, Maple Cotton Candy. We participate in the annual NYS Maple Weekends, where welcome the community to come take a tour and taste all the greatness of maple. A crepe and other vendors participate in this farm operation. We are all about community and do not charge our vendors to participate or charge for tours.

In addition to maple we do keep a small apiary for local honey production along the Mouringkill.
