We participate in the annual NYS Maple Weekends, where welcome the community to come take a tour and taste all the greatness of maple. A crepe and other vendors participate in this farm operation. We are all about community and do not charge our vendors to participate or charge for tours.
In addition to maple we do keep a small apiary for local honey production along the Mouringkill.
