SUMMARY:2024 Annual Mini Golf Event
DESCRIPTION:Library Friend;\nThe Friends of the Library are excited to announce that this year we will be hosting our Annual Mini Golf Event. Each year more than 20 local businesses sponsor our event and over 300 community members attend, making it the most talked about golf game in town. This year (2024) we will be golfing on Friday, February 23rd, and Saturday, February 24th. The Friends of the Library built their own nine-hole miniature golf course. We designed a custom course for our Library to better suit our needs and to keep more of the money raised right here at the Library. You can expect your favorite hazards, obstacles and of course, a hole down the stairs to all be included.\nThis event would not be possible without your support! Are you interested in sponsoring a hole or a tee? For a $100 tax-deductible contribution, you will have the option to decorate your hole or tee and have a sign with your company logo on it. In addition, all sponsors will be listed on the golf scorecards, along with the Library’s website. The course will be set up on Thursday, February 22nd for decorating any time after 1:00 pm. On Friday evening we host a Sponsors Tournament. Teams of four (4) play at a cost of $20 per team. Teams can be employees/owners, family members, and friends. There will be prize drawings going on throughout the evening. Fun is had by all!\nFor more information, please contact us or check out the Library’s website https://bcpl.sals.edu.
